This is hands down one of the hardest courses you will have in your sonography career. Purely by its own nature, you are about to learn about every organ system, how it's formed, how its sonographically imaged, and how when embryogenesis is not perfected---congenital abnormalities will occur. A ton of information will be passed between us, with each of us relying on each other to learn from each other. Participation is heavily relied upon and any extra effort almost instantly pays off. Having said that, let's use this first discussion board to recognize strengths and weaknesses-so we can help each other out.
