In your opinion, what is the most important thing (or things) to assess first during a 20-week anatomy scan and why?
Can you think of reasons why you might have to be really good at "hiding" your sonographic findings? Can you picture or visualize how you can prepare yourself to best process discovering a major anomaly or multiple congenital anomalies while the parents are simply super excited to have the gender written down for their gender reveal party they have been planning for (hopefully without the fireworks!)
