Basic Quality Control: QC 101
This course teaches the basic concept of quality control and its importance as a tool to verify the analytical accuracy and reliability of a test system. It is designed to improve the competency of laboratory staff in day-to-day QC evaluation and follow up actions. The course content includes basic QC statistics, shifts and trends, general troubleshooting tips and corrective action documentation.

Eligible Participants
The intended audience is Clinical Laboratory Scientists (CLS) and Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) who work at the bench. Supervisory personnel are welcome. Priority seating given to Local 20 members.
