Exploring and developing emotional intelligence not only makes us happier and more successful, but it helps us motivate ourselves, manage stress more effectively, and resolve conflict with others. Courageous Conversations builds skills which allow us to address differences that negatively affect quality, safety, service and working relationships.

Eligible Participants:
Clinical Lab Scientists, Medical Lab Technicians, Supervisors, Managers, and other Laboratory Personnel. Priority seating given to Local 20 members.

Note: This course requires pre-work. A book will be mailed to the address provided on your registration. Pre-work instructions will be sent via email. Assignments MUST BE COMPLETED before class or you will forfeit your registration fee and seat.
